(Mini lesson to prepare your body for a strong and stable forearm stand pose)
Forearm stand pose (pincha mayurasana) is one of the great but challenging inverted balancing poses.
Forearm stand practice, just as other inversion practice, is a great way to improve the blood circulation in your body. It releases some stress from your lower body and strengthen your shoulders, back, core and arms.
The stability in this pose comes from the strong foundation. In this mini lesson, I will walk you through the preparation exercise you can do to create the strength you need to build a stable forearm stand. Enjoy!
